  1. You can as long as you support their head.  If you are busy and don't want to take the time to support them then wait until they can lift their heads and hold them.

  2. Newborn-the weight requirement. It will only cause problems if they are in there for extended periods. Never let them sleep in a swing.

  3. You can use it right away.  Some babies only will sleep in their swings.  But it is completely fine to put them in right away especially for short periods to give your arms a rest.  Swing away.

  4. I believe the first couple days, weeks for some people she is going to be sleeping a lot so there isn't need to put her in the swing. Once she starts staying up more then you could go ahead and put her in but don't keep her in there for too long.

  5. My daughter cried the entire first night she was home- she was 5 days old at that point. It was to the point that I was nearly in tears also, so i bundled her up, tucked her into her papazan swing, and turned the mobile and music on low. We both finally slept for nearly 3 hours straight. It has been a staple in our lives since then, whether we're eating supper, taking a shower, or using the rest room. We never let her stay in it for more than an hour (and even that's only if she's napping) but it's one of the safest places for baby. She can't roll or fall and hurt herself and she still loves the mobile even at 6 months!

  6. I was told the same thing, so I just waited. I am not sure if it's right or not, but I can tell you my son only liked the swing for a very short period of time, maybe 1-2 months. After that he screamed his head off if you tried to put him in there!

  7. My daughter went in her swing the day after we brought her home. Just make sure you can recline the seat far enough so she doesn't fall forward, and that the harness is secure. Good luck.

  8. I put mine in hers a couple of days after she was born, they are fine, and will make your life easier. If you are really concern, just put it at the lowest level.

  9. Lol i would wait another month or so, but if you feel comfortable with it then go for it. I started putting my daughter in her swing i think around 1 or 2 months because she wasnt fitting in it properly.
