What age did you wax ur eyebrows?

i have a strange shape of eyebrow and it is very light. i think i would look better with them waxed. so can you tell me about how it feels if it hurts or just give me details about ur first time waxing please! thanx!!!

Around 7th grade, that's when I noticed other girls doing it too. It stings, but only for a minute. It's worth it though, because I always like the way they look after and they usually shape them very well.

i've never had them waxed.  i've always plucked them.  im great at it now, but there were a few years in junior high when i really butchered my eyebrows.  hehe!  luckily they grew back

The first time always hurts the most!

I jumped whenever she ripped the strip off tbh ahah.

It feels like sunburn, but the feeling goes away in like a few minutes after and it's so worth it.

I personally get mine threaded. It hurts a little more than waxing, but its more precise and you don't have irritation afterwards.

haha im 13 and i actually just got them done today :) it hurts for about  5 seconds for me anyway and got a little red but the lady put some ice on it and it was gone by the time i left......i went to a really good salon so i knew i would get really good results and i did......so if you wanna look good dont b afraid to splurge a little

I was 13 when I first got mine done. It does hurt the first time but it's worth it. When the spa person person put the wax on I twitched and she said not to. Then, RIP! Fast and not painless. She also tweezed my brows. After that they looked polished and groomed. I say go for it!

If you do, get them done every 2 monthes to keep them groomed.

it kinda smells good haha.. anyways, your

waxed eyebrows will look so clean, but your skin may

be red for a little after you get them waxed - dont

worry its normal! You wont regret it ;-)

I got mine waxed in the 7th grade. I'm glad I did because it gave them a great shape and then after that I just plucked them whenever little hairs grew in, which doesn't really hurt and you only do a few at a time and saves money on waxing. Here it is 12 years later and I've never had them waxed again and they still have great shape.

it hurts so bad the first time, that i pissed myself!

it was one of the most embarassing moments in my life. and then she was like "do you want me to stop now?" and i was in shock so i asked her to stop. and when i got home i realised she only did one eye brow. it looked so terrible! :( and then my mom was like you know what im not bringing you back. i had uneven eyebrows for like a month it was TERRIBLE!

I THREAD. It's much better off for your skin, waxing causes you to get wrinkles waay faster.

Don't worry too much, do them when you know you'll have the money to get them done about every two weeks.

12 is pretty young youknow, and once you start, you'll need to keep doing it.

And that's how it is with ANY type o hair removal. Idno why the first post said tweezing is better. Unless you want ghetto mami eyebrows, then don't pluck them.

and i started waxing it at 12 because they were really thick.

i went when i was 7. my mom took me. and it doesn't hurt. it's just the ripping sound. and i'm sure you will look alot better with them waxed. alot of people do. and trust me it doesn't hurt. you might get a zit though cause of all the oil. so when your done go wash your face.

I was 11. It didn't hurt too bad, Now I actually like the feeling lol. The first time I had them done I knew what to expect because I always went with my mom and my older sister. the first time they always look the best [if you go to someone who knows how to do them well]
