What age do guys stop growing down under lol?

Well im just wondering at what age the p3nis usually stops growing, im turning 17 in 5 days, i have a long p3nis like 6.75 in but its not that girthy its like 4.25 in. Do you guys member if it got girthier after this age honestly.or if you got bigger?, and whats like the age it usually stops? please answer both questions. Serious answers por favor.

it all depends on the person. for me, i had my complete package at 13
