  1. im 14 and im working as a caddy

  2. I would suppose that this all depends on the state's minimum working age.  Some courses can get around this by hiring children of the members OR having the owner's kids working there.  In this case I am not talking about a super private club, rather a local 9 or 18 hole 'corn field' course.  (Actually, I would love to own one of these!!!)

  3. at the golf course i work at, you must be 16 or older to do anything dealing with driving golf carts (and have at least a learners permit).

i know people that work in the kitchen that were hired at 15.

you could either work as a cart kid, and deal with setting up the golf carts, getting people's bags, and cleaning the carts.

You could work in maintenence and work on watering the course, and doing other manual labor to upkeep the course.

You could work in the proshop and be a cashier.

Or you could be a cook and work in the kitchen.
