It depends on when your tama became an adult. Here is a bit of text from tamatalk.com (great website) that explains everything about that

" She comes at the age of 6 untill it becomes an oldie.

If your tamagotchi evolves into an adult at the age of 3, then the matchmaker may come at the age of 5."

The times for when she comes are also on here. They are: 10:30AM, 3:00PM, and 7:00PM.
