What age do you have to be in order to tryout for so you think you can dance?

I will be turning 16 next year and I was wondering if I could audition then.

YOU MUST BE 18...LOOK AT WHAT HAPPENED TO BRANDON...I HONESTLY THINK THAT"S WHY HE DIDN'T MAKE TOP 20. THE JUDGES TEND TO FROWN ON DISHONESTY...EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN THREE YEARS.

18 is the starting age and 30 is the cut. My best friend was in the top 35 but then got cut :( but you should try when you are 18 because if u think u are good enough now then in two year i am sure you will be amazing :D I will vote for you!

The audition ages are from 18 to 30.  You'll have to wait 2 years, but in that time you can improve on your style and technique.  Watch the shows and listen to the judges as they critique the dancers.  Practice, practice, practice!
