  1. you need to be 18 to be PR or depending on the state have to be of legal drinking age to work behind the bar!

    The legal age to work behind a bar in spain is 18 and its no good just looking 18 as the police do regular checks (contracts, and staff ID) its also the same for PR as the company usually as for people between the ages of 18-25.

  3. You need to be 18 for both.  18 is the legal drinking age and being a PR involves drinking.  18 to serve alcohol.
