The legal age to work behind a bar or in PR is 18, most employers will ask for people between the ages of 18-25. Also the police are really cracking down on employers who employ people to work behind a bar who are under 18!

I worked in Ibiza for 15 years. As long as you look older than 18 you can be a PR. To work in a bar you have to prove you are 18+.

Depends on whether you will be employed legally or not. Usually 18, especially for behind the bar.
