What age do your molars usually start growing at?

There are some teeth growing in the back of my mouth. The top left, the bottom right, and the bottom left. Are those my molars and are they supposed be coming out at this age? Note: I'm 12 years young :)

  1. Yes, your'e supposed to be getting these teeth. They are your second molars (nicknamed 12 year molars). These are the last teeth to appear in your mouth until you turn 18 or so. Then your third molars (wisdom teeth) will either start to come in, or need to be removed.


  2. Age 6 and then 12;  thus they call them 6 year molars and 12 year molars.  The age varies, though.
