What age does an English Cocker Spaniel become an adult?

I know that they generally become adolescent around 6 months- the dreaded 'kevins'! Can you tell me when they usually mature into adults? Thank-u.

  4. well they are consider full grown at 13 months but they never really stop acting like a puppy.

  5. A Cocker usually stops growing at about a year old. Personally I think 2 is the proper adult age for a dog, since that is when they are finished developing mentally as well.  

  6. When they turn 12 months they are considered an "adult" but normally don't act like one until they're 2 years old.

  8. Dogs are legally considered adults at 6 months of age in most places. Some people consider their first heat cycle to be adulthood for females. Others consider when theya re full grown to be reaching adulthood. Cockers are fully grown around 8 months.
