Do you think they are teenagers who are unpopular in school and are ugly as h**l

are they 10 year olds who think its funny

are they older people who feel that life has screwed them over so they think this is "revenge"

or are they just retards

trolls come in all sizes, shapes and ages.

however the word 'r****d' to describe this behavior is offensive. most disabled people do not intentionally annoy people on the net nor have much of that ability to maneuver around the net. If they're there at all, they're there to make friends.
