What age is appropriate to watch American Pie?

What age is a good age to watch American Pie?? My sister,18, is gonna rent it...and said that its not a good movie for me...I'm nearly 15. What do you think? and what age did u first see it?

Bah.  There is nothing in that movie you don't already know about.  You might not get SOME of the things, but you can always ask your Sis.  You have our permission to watch.  Tell Sister we said so.

lol it all depends on how much u have already been exposed to. um i recommend around late 16 early 17 the earliest for the so called "perfect American Child" but realistically i say 15 watch it and bust a gut lol.

If you are the average 15 year old... Male or Female... Then you are already acquainted with the concept of masturbation.

It is kind of a silly, stupid movie... Not bad, watchable, but not the best movie in the world...

You are way over the age that people should be worried about the content you watch...

As long as your not watching, you know, rape p**n then they need to mellow out and let you watch some silly movie that happens to have some silly p**p and masturbation jokes...

They MAY show b*****s but they don't have any p**n or anything hard core in the movie... Seeing a pair of boobies is no reason to treat this movie as if it will warp your fragile little mind.

I first watched it when i was 11. In this day and age children know things they aren't supposed to know things. For example, most children in my brothers first grade class know what their parents are moaning about in the middle of the night LOL!

Tell her you're mature enough to watch it. And if she still won't let you then there is not much you can do about it. I would let you watch it (I really wouldn't care what age you are). Besides, you're gonna watch it sooner or later.
