im 13 and i do not want to go visit my mom anymore except on speacial occasions. I still love my mom but i just dont like going over there and dealing with all teh pressure that is always going on over there. i have asthma and she smokes and she doesn't even mind it and does it right in front of my face. i have asked her top please quit at least while im there and she totaly ignores me. I NEED to leave that enviroment.

Well you need to talk to you dad and let him know how you fell about this and go from there... i believe its 12 but you and your father needs to talk to someone in the law about this...
