I'm 19 and I've recently discovered that I want to take up Travel and Tourism.

Level 2 course will be for one year and I'll be 20 when that finishes.

Level 3 course is for 2 years and I will be 22 when that finishes by the time I want to be in university will I be too old?

  1. NO WAY!

my mum is 40 and at collage!

learning is for all ages, well except when your like 80

    GO FOR IT!!

  2. no dont worry about it because when you get to uni you will find much more OLDER and i mean OLDER people in your lectures so the answer is that ther is no age limit to go uni

  3. you can go to uni at any age. If i was you i wouldnt worry about your age if your serious about travel and tourism then go for it!

  4. I dont think you're ever too old to go to university. There are people of all ages who study towards degrees and besides you're not old!!! As you say you'll only be 22 when you finish, people who go to uni straight from school are normally 21/22 by the time they've finished their course anyway. Good luck.

  5. your too old when you die. 22? You must be joking. That's young. Even I know that lol. A lot of people wait a while before they study, travel or need to save money for it. Go ahead!!!

  6. Life is a lifelong learning process.  You can never be too old to learn.  I admitted a lady in her 60's into a medical school program.  Don't ever set strict time limits on yourself especially when it comes to learning.

  7. You certainly won't be too old.  There are many older people than you doing university study.  Go for it.
