What age rating is public enemies gonna be???

In the 2009 Public Enemies does anyone know wot the age rating is gonna be???

R is an american rating meaning that children under 17 can go to see it as long as they're with their parents. I think that's a stupid rating to be honest because lots of parents are not responsible and take their children to films that aren't really suitable.

However, the rating in the UK has not yet been decided, it will be either a 15 or an 18 presumebly because it's a gangster film.
