Well , Does Harvard allow Pakistani HSSC to get in ? Is there any Age Requirement ?

It is not about requirements, the vast majority of applicants with acceptable grades and scores do not get in. There are tens of thousand of applicants for 1200 spaces. Much of what it takes to get in comes down to luck.

You simply need to be better on paper than the many kids from your country that are applying too, they will only take a few of you. You need the top grades and scores and some very significant accomplishments that make you stand out among students in your country.

If you have finished high school in your country with very top grades, the schools don't care how old you are. If you're younger than 16, you should do something before applying because you could not possibly have the accomplishments/awards/honors you would need to get in.
