What age should kids watch PG-13? R?

Depends on the person. Most PG-13 movies are very appropriate for MOST kids at age 9 or 10. There are, however, exceptions, and R I am not sure about. With super hero movies such as SuperMan, I would let MAYBE 6 year olds watch it. My sister is 3 and she likes IronMan. I would let your child know which stuff is not ok (if any) and most young children won't understand a lot of it, anyway.
