i'd say that you'd say they are officially teens when you hear "teen" at the end of their age. but of course, some teens are VERY immature, but they'll grow up, they're new to being teens, so they'll get older, and have more thought to what they say pretty soon. :)

13 is considered teenager, but I would think that by 14 your maturity level is higher(for most), but keep in mind that sometimes it just doesn't click with some people until later and for some it NEVER clicks. LOL

Thirteen. It's the first number to end with "teen".

That's kind of silly....The world would be boring if everyone was "mature". Besides, you don't need to be mature to be a teen, you just are when you reach a certain age.

People should be themselves, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone.

If you don't need to act mature about everything then you shouldn't.

It's nice to let yourself go crazy once in a while.

13 teen is officialy but you really cant do anything itll u have your license so it like young teenagers 14 15 and then the older ones 16 17 18 most dont really consider 19 teen even though it is though i didn't include 13 because well u grow up a lot between 12 and 14 some 13 year olds are more "teen" like ten others but fourteen is basicly when it evens out but officially thirTEEN

I'd like to know what "some people" you're referring to that think different ages.

A person is a teenager when they are between the ages of 13 and 19. You may have noticed that those ages (and all the ones in between) have the word "teen" in them. That makes it easy.
