What airline is the best according to you?

What is the airline you're the most satisfied about and tell me why. 10 points - easy score :)

It would be hard to rate which is the best unless you do one helluva lot of travelling and keep careful notes.  To say that one is "Best" implies that others are inferior, and how far down the scale of awfulness can you descend?

It seems that our experiences, just one nice smile.... or one bad-tempered person, are what colour our opinions on which Airline is best.

well im in hk and i prefer cathay pacific. we usually go back home in india, but we sure wouldnt go by air india, flights always gets delayed,etc..

I quite like Aer Lingus. Clean, spacious planes, on board meals, plus they've never ever had any crashes. (Or emergency landings as far as I can remember.)

I particularly like Air Canada.  They have amazing customer service whether in person or over the phone.  Every time you fly with them, you get some sort of delicious treat like cookies, even on shorter flights.  Also, on most planes, there are individual tv screens for each person's viewing pleasure.  You can watch movies, tv show episodes, listen to music, play games, or view the progress of the flight you're on; including temperature at the location you'll be arriving, wind speed, distance (in miles and km) from the destination, and estimated time of arrival.  I give Air Canada a big thumbs up.

Well, I've used several airlines because I've gone from my state to California and to Germany and recently we used a different airline for a trip to Vegas. Out of them all, I like internationally based airlines because they tend to have more room on the planes to accomodate the possibility of being on a longgggggggggggggggg flight and want you to be comfortable. The small, home field companies usually have smaller planes and I'm tall, so leg room is important to me.

Depends on what destination, because not all airlines fly on the same destinations.

You will see that Singapore Airlines is chosen as the best airline, and I agree with them. Great service, friendly staff, good food and plenty of entertainment.

Within Europe, I prefer Swiss Airlines, a sister-company of Lufthansa. Lufthansa appears to be the best Airline in Europe.

Well lufthansa won't let you down, but the best has gotta be africa one from the congo. HAHA only kidding. It's a flying coffin. This good link points out the ones to avoid which is helpful.
