What airline would take minors from Ireland to Papua New Guinea?

What's the friendliest and cheapest airline that would go from Ireland to Papua New Guinea that would let two minors fly alone??

Probably impossible. It would have helped if you mentioned an age in your question.

Flights from Ireland to Darwin Australia are easy but the last leg to Papua is a different matter. You will be using a third level carrier in a small plane (DHC-6) or similar. and I doubt the operator would accept a minor from here on as there will be nobody to accept responsibility for the minor on arrival.
