I rememeber going down escaltors or stairs to get to the main level of the terminal. The rail system is just for getting around the airport for different terminals.

  1. Someone mentioned Orlando. I know I rode on one, a tram above ground, I think it was in Jacksonville, FL, though, at that airport. Possibly Miami, but it was way back in the mid-'80s, so I don't remember, but I'm thinking Jacksonville.

  2. Detroit

  3. Newark International Airport also features an elevated rail system

  4. Dallas-Fort Worth

  5. Have used in the Detroit Airport.

  6. Newark, NJ Liberty International has it's people movers and NJ Rail stops on the 2nd floor at the terminal departure level.

  7. Orlando, FL has a system like this.  I took my daughter on a long ride on it while waiting for our flight.  Chicago's O'hare airport has a tram system, but that's just for getting to the parking area.

  8. San Francisco: the automatic "Air Train" goes on a continuous circuit of the terminals in a clockwise direction.

  9. Cincinnati, Ohio airport located in Kentucky
