Having a hard time finding an airport that has flights going to Jefferson City, MO. And an airline?

After a brief search, I couldn't find the answer.

However, in the "airline tickets" page of the Jefferson City yellow pages, it lists several airlines.  They may or may not use the airport; you could do further research:

Add:  Just noticed this on the airport website:

The Airport does not have scheduled commercial airline flights.
