  1. Try looking for Indian restaurants (whether pure vegetarian or veg-friendly) on VegDining.com.  They have recently updated and expanded their listing.  Here's the link:

    Good luck!

  2. There are so many good Indian restaurants in London, but I will list just the ones that specialise in vegetarian Indian food.

In Soho, try Govindas. It's vegetarian and the food is good at reasonable prices:

Woodlands in Marylebone - (I believe they also have a restaurant in Hampstead).

Rasa in Stoke Newington is also excellent:

In Finchley, Rani is very good (and completely vegetarian):

For a special occasion, or if you are dining with meat eaters, you must try The Painted Heron. It is certainly not cheap but the food is excellent!

    Enjoy! :)

  3. Excellent veg south indian Rasa on Stoke Newington Church Street. Also Brick Lane's a great bet - they'll have veggie options.

  4. Bombay Palace around edgware road. and a there a a few other around there.

Gaylord in mortimer street off oxford st.

a feww nice cheap places on euston lane....rite by the tube station

  5. There are some nice vegetarian indian restaurants on Drummond Street near Euston Square, the food is all reasonaby priced! They are all nice but I think the best one is Diwana's. Also if you are thinking of going further afield their are load's of authentic places in Kenton which is near Harrow.
