What all can you use to patch very small holes in a vinyl liner that are to numerous to use patches.?

This is on a 18 foot round swimming pool.

go to the auto part store but some clear rtv lay tarp flat and just put dapps on holes  it stays flexable and will do o.k job

if it's only a few holes you could try aqua seal, it's a wader/kayak spray skirt repair glue, works very good on stuff I have used it on.

Get some silicone, Shoe Goo, lay it flat and spread (with a plastic puddy knife or something similar) a thin coat on the underside of the areas that need "patching".  Weather shouldn't bother it either, very durable.  I would make sure to clean it first, maybe with alcohol.
