Breakfast-30ml bowl of special K cereal with semi skimmed milk

Lunch-Ham& tomato sandwhich on white bread

Dinner-1 chicken breast with black bean sauce and white rice

snacks-2 pieces of chocolate,1 slice of ham,cup of tea.

  1. 2 cups green tea with lemon

    bowl of oat bran w/peanut butter, bananas, honey and blueberries

    2 eggs scrambled in olive oil with purple onions, tomatoes, and feta cheese on top

    glass of water with fresh lemon juice


  2. Breakfast: Chopped banana, apple, orange and pear with natural yoghurt.

    Lunch: Sausage & Mash (Leftovers from yesterday's tea lol)

    Tea: CURRY WOOOOOOOOOOOO

    Snacks: Yoghurt, ice lolly

    Lunch- 2 grilled fish tacos with lettuce, cheese, guacamole

    Snack- Chocolate =/

    Lots of waterrr

  8. 2:47pm haven't eating anything yet but I'm having fried chicken and JoJo's for supper.

  9. 2 boiled eggs 2 slices bread butter and marmite mandarins in juice.

    pate and toast with green salad.

    indian meal with pilau rice and nan bread. lots of whisky, but then was celebrating birthday. so don't feel too bad.

  11. Well where I am its 8.45pm, I woke up at 7am and all i've had is an apple and a glass of water =(

  12. 6 oz. of yogurt and a green apple it's only 3:50pm where I am though

  13. toast and curry flavour noodles  (not together but they are really nice together too :p)

    and i just had a curly wurly, yay :D

    chilli and rice with cold squash...reading this i realise i really don't drink enough!

    Lunch-Whole wheat english muffin toasted with chicken and mustard
