What all do i need in order..?

ok so i live in texas and I'm under age and pregnant but the father of my baby and i live each other we were engaged before i found out... i was living with my father at this time... then my dad got into some legal trouble and i had to come back and live with my mom...which is 2 hours away from the father of my baby....we want to get married and everything but my mom wont sign off on anything... i have read that in texas if you are under age and without a parent signature you can petition to the court and get married i just need to know what all we need in order to do this...?

You need your mom's consent. Talk to your mom and have this resolved.
