  1. wow. let me ask u this. is milk meat? is egg meat? i understand eggs come for chickens and milk comes  4rm cows but why would u think its meat? but yeah i would say vegen. do eat bread. because bread has yeast in it. yeast is really funggus.(dont believe me? look it up!) now yeast is used to make the bread rise wen baked.and also bread has wheat & flour in it. which comes 4rm the ground. so pretty much the only way a vegan. wouldnt eat bread, is if it was meat bread.(unknown)

  2. Vegetarians eat anything they want including bread, milk, eggs and anything else that isn't meat.

  3. Everything that does not use an animal as a source/You can eat wheat bread made of whole grains!

  4. there are different types of vegetarians.....

most vegetarians are lacto-ovo vegetarians meaning that they will eat milk and eggs, but no meat.

vegans (also called "strict vegetarians") don't eat meat, honey, or eggs, drink milk, or use any other items that come from animals (such as leather).

some vegetarians will choose to eat milk, but not eggs and meat.....or eggs, but not milk and meat.  there are many ways to have a vegetarian diet.

that said, all vegetarians can eat food that doesn't include milk and eggs (such as grains, fruits, veggies, etc.) and some will eat foods that do contain it.  there's a whole world of delicious foods available to vegetarians and vegans =)

  5. Vegans dont eat eggs or milk, Vegitarians do.

  6. The same dishes most people eat but without meat or with something added to replace meat.  I eat chili, tacos, pasta, stir fry dishes, rice, beans, cheese, eggs (the majority of vegetarians do eat eggs and dairy).   It's endless what you can make without meat.

  7. Food. And VEGANS don't eat milk and eggs, genius.

  8. Food. We just don't consider animals food, anymore than an omnivore considers, say, a pencil food.

Typical meal for lazy me: veggies, fruit, protien (beans, lentils, tempeh or tofu) whole grain something: bread, rice, pasta.

I do eat some dairy cheese and yogurt, so lasagna, quesidillas, pizza and Indian food all can be in my diet.

I don't eat by products aside from the dairy, so no eggs for me, no gelatin (made from collegen in animal ligaments).

  9. Depends on what kind of vegetarian you are.  I eat everything except meat.  SOme vegs. eat no animal products whatsoever.  That still leaves, grains, fruits and vegetables, nuts and berries.  Plenty of food around  . . . .

And there are lots of bread recipes that do not include dairy of any kind.  Classic French bread in only flour water, yeast and salt.

  10. Yes a vegetarian would eat bread. A lot of bread does have milk or milk products such as whey. I'm not to sure about the eggs? These products wouldn't be eaten by somebody called a "Vegan".

However, where I shop, there are plenty of breads which do not contain any milk.
