  1. They will pay to have fixed anything damaged in the accident.  If the others insurance is paying, you pay nothing.  If you use your own insurance, any deductible you may have for either a comprehensive claim or a collision claim will have to be paid.

  3. Anything related to the accident less your deductible if it applies.  However, they can deduct for old damage and take betterment.    

    Depending on the year of your vehicle and the availability of the parts, you will get LKQ(like, kind, quality) parts not factory replacement parts.  This can however vary from insurance company to insurance company.
