What all permits do you need to start a restuarant in canada if you have a US citzenship ?

You're better off spending your efforts looking up Canadian Government web-sites (Local, Provincial and National government).  Yours is a unique situation, so you will probably be the only person to find the answers from the logical governmental sources.

PS - I'd imagine a work-permit or visa for yourself is probably also necessary.
