What all u need to work in a Call Center?

  1. AND enough sense to realize that YOU are in a land line phone forum and not at work in the call center.


  2. Patience to deal with all sorts of people and situations, being able to explain things to people, being able to handle pressure, being able to handle boredom when it's quiet. Also, there are many types of call centers such as 911, travel agencies & airlines, customer service, etc. They have similarities but each has its own unique conditions and most importantly, specialized computer programs.

  3. 1- phone service and a phone

    2- computer

    3- (optional) internet service

    4- chair, or other object to sit on

    5- desk or table to put computer and phone

    6- paper and pens

    7- (optional) printer

    8- (optional) fax machine

    9- (optional) copy machine

    10- customers to call you

    There could be more that you need depending on the type of business that you will be operating, but those are the basics that most call centers should have...
