Patience to deal with all sorts of people and situations, being able to explain things to people, being able to handle pressure, being able to handle boredom when it's quiet. Also, there are many types of call centers such as 911, travel agencies & airlines, customer service, etc. They have similarities but each has its own unique conditions and most importantly, specialized computer programs.

4- chair, or other object to sit on

5- desk or table to put computer and phone

7- (optional) printer

8- (optional) fax machine

9- (optional) copy machine
