What alternative 'herbal' treatment for ectopic heartbeats?

I am suffering from ectopic heart beats, which occur from 50 to view hundred times a day for the last 8 months. I had them before but only short periods. I do also suffer from acid indigestion, and was some time ago diagnosed with east overgrowth. Is there any connection?
