  1. I once went to one of those "Passion Parties", and I ended up getting some "pearls" that are meant to exercise the kegel muscles (I haven't tried them yet, so I can't say if they work or not)

Anyways, the only reason I'm sharing this info is because they came in this cute little white, plastic "oyster" that would be great for your kind of wedding (no one else has tro know exactly where the "oyster" came from)

I tried to google something like it, but didn't have any luck, but I think a small "oyster box" would complement your theme, and be a more original idea...

    Something like this:

    Good luck!

  2. I would use a flat seashell of some sort. That would be very cute.

  3. Since it's a beach wedding, what about a big shell? You know the kind that makes kind of a bowl, with the scalloped edges? Or even half of a clam shell, since that has the beautiful mother-of-pearl coating inside.

Something like below, but without the scallops inside, of course:

I bet you could find something similar at a craft store, at any souvenir shop near the beach, or you could call a local seafood restaurant and see if they will give you a leftover shell. To clean it, just soak in warm water with a little dish soap.

  4. some kind of small pretty basket etc.

  5. Since you are having your wedding on the beach, how about getting a large sea shell and lining it with a small cushion or nice wicker basket decorated with sea shells and lined with a small cushion? You can find all these items at Micheal's or your local crafts store.

Good luck to you and congrats on your upcoming nuptials!!!

  6. you could put a small chshion at the bottom of a bowl or basket?

  7. I had my son be our ring bearer and he carried a stuffed puppy with the rings in a little back tied around it's neck and the puppy was dressed in a tux.. he felt more comfortable walking down the aisle PLUS he got to keep the puppy.. I had one for my flower girl too in a wedding dress that laid accross the flowers in the basket she was carrying.

  8. You can put then in a small chest/box, or on a platter or a dish of some sort (silver or whatever), you can have your nephew carry/ hold  flowers (like a rose) with the rings tied to them

  9. Please, DO NOT let the ringbearer carry the actual rings. My brother and sister and law were married on the beach, and her son (who was six at the time, and old enough to understand what he was doing) dropped the ring into the sand minutes before the ceremony. Even though they knew exactly where it was, they still couldn't find it, and had to use another ring for the ceremony. My BIL and a bunch of the hotel staff helped him find it the next morning- it took over three hours of sifting through sand and using metal detectors. Let the ringbearer carry fake rings, no one will know the difference.

  10. Sea Shell is a great idea! (I was going to say it, but then read it :op)  look at the surrounds of the site.  Is there drift wood?

    Congrats!

  11. A small treasure chest.....goes great with the beach theme! Congrats!
