I am redecorating my room and I need quick tips that can help me have a pretty comfy room. i love bold or bright colors like pink and lime green! HElp me please and thanks!!

Floor mats, cute lamps and lighting, shelves with little statuettes, cute curtains, nice comforter and pillows, etc.

I'm redoing my room too so thats what I'm sticking to.

buy new bedsheets and blankets. try target, they have cute designs and bright colors. also, hang up posters and pictures of you and your friends on the wall to make it more colorful.

the main thing you wnat to avoid at all costs is making your room a terrible explosion of bright colors.  bright colors can definitely add spice to a boring room, but you dont want to tire out your eyesor make it too busy. afterall, it is supposed to be your calming sanctuary of rest.  

my suggestion would be to have a base color, maybe a beige or a pale lime green? and use only a couple of colors.

say you gow tih the pale lime green

you could use white/ivory, pink and darker green accessories.  perhaps a white iron head for your bed.. cute nightlamps

throw pillows are always great i love white comforters and white pillows with colorful throw pillows. or the toher way around, a crazy awesome bedspread wtihplain thrwo pillows.  

also, dont underestimate the power of picture frames and other decorating items.

also to create an atmosphere you could framet hings on your walls and hang thigns according to the theme you want to convey.  you can get old school posters or artsy ones or movieones.
