Question:

What am i intolerant to? ?

everytime i eat pasta i come out in spots on my face and neck. i have cut it out my diet but am interested to know what is it that im intolerant to in pasta?? cant be wheat as i eat bread and anything else wheat related ok..not eggs either....what could it be that is causing this?

  1. Most pasta is made with semolina or durum, a type of wheat flour, but other grains, such as corn, rice, quinoa, spelt, and kamut can also be found. These alternative grains yield a softer and often more sticky pasta, but they are a welcome alternative for people with wheat allergies/intolerances.  

    if not then it might be the sauce or the stuff that you sometimes find in the pasta...


  2. I heard you can go to health food shops or those chinese alternative therapy stores and get a skin prick test done. If your in the Uk you cant normally get skin prick tests done on the NHS unless its because u get a really bad reaction and they cant figure out what caused it? Maybe it would be worth having ago?

  3. something in the sauce, or any other ingredient you add to it.
