What am i looking for....??? I want to host an outside night BBQ and watch moveis on a wall or screen......?

i know i need a projector of some kind. but i need it to be able to show DVD's and/ or vhs movies from it. I have not a clue what i would need to get or use. dose any one know what i need?

I have looked at several projectors but none tell me if i can watch DVDS with them.... its just a bunch of techno jargen...

purchase a projector with a built in dvd player or plug your dvd player into one of your projectors. youll always need a blank screen for your wall.

if u have a laptop or computer i prefer laptop connect it with projector and put dvd in laptop (or computer) and what ever happens or anything u do on ur laptop should go straight to projector which shows on wall or screen

if you are looking for a projector get one that also can play sound.  you can hook up ur DVD player or VCR to the projector wth the audio/video cables and that should work
