What am i suppose to do before a pap?

i know i'm not suppose to do certain things but how long before the day of?

Are you talking about a pap smear? Don't have s*x, don't douche and etc. You can take a shower as in your normal daily routine.

I probably wouldnt have s*x or have anything else inserted in there for maybe 48 to 72 hours before just so that the doctor can get the best results possible!
