  1. First of you have to be at least 15 1/2. You will need Driver's Ed (it's mandatory). Then you have to go to the DMV, take the written portion of the test and pass it.

If you want to know the 100% truth, then go to www.dmv.org

  2. First you have to take your drivers ed online....then you get your permit......then you take drivers training....then you wait 6 months until you can get your license.  If you want to take your drivers ed online, my little sister took it at:

    http://eliteteendriver.com/

she really liked it. My sister called the lady at http://eliteteendriver.com/ and she told my sister to put the word JON in the coupon box on the home page and she would get 50% off and to tell all her friends to do the same...they all got the course for like $34 or $35 and it included FREE PRACTICE TESTS

My sister and all of her friends got their certificates in 1 or 2 days except..........one of her friends took her drivers education from a different place and never got her certificate so she had to take it over again and she took it at http://eliteteendriver.com/ and got her certificate right away.

    I recommend this place!!!!!!

If this helps you, please give me best answer....I'm trying to get to level 3

    Thanks,

    Christine

  3. (1) go to DMV and pick up driver manual

    (2) study

    (3) go back and take the written test - pass

    (4) with the learner's permit practice driving

    (5) you might have to take the 5 hour class

    (6) take the road test - pass

    (7) be happy.

    Good Luck...

  4. your driving pernit : are you an us citizen? if so, bring birth certificate, Social security # and pass the written drivers test fail up to 6 out of 20(get the book at your local dmv first and read it two times back and forth should do it)., fill up an application and pay (i think its $60, or less). if you dont pass or are planning to pospone your driving test, check thebox to also get a CA id so you have a number already for when you pass your testand get your license faster..if you are not a citizen you can bring your I-20 student visa, work visa...

  5. Go to the DMV, take your test and if you pass you get your permit, make sure you are of age, I think it's 16! Then go to drivers ed if you are under 18. Then take your drivers test when you are ready or when you ofcourse complete your required driving hours. Then you will get your driver's license!!! woo-hoo! Drive Safe!!!
