If you're just going to use one JL sub i say stick with a JL Audio 250/1 mono block or a 500/1 mono block i have three JL Audio w6v2's in sealed box but i use the 1000/1 channel mono block.

Jl 500/1 should do you excellent.

I have one on 2 JLw3 10s and it pushes them hard.
