I recommend you download and run Superantispyware free and Malwarebytes Antimalware free.

A computer worm is a virus or almost just like a computer virus.  Try running your antivirus or internet security software.  If that does't work, or if you don't have antivirus/internet security, you will probably have to delete your whole hard drive, then reformat it, and then reinstall your operating system.  Reformatting your hard drive erases everything on it, including worms.  A second thought is if you can catch these worms from now on before they get inside your computer, you can put them in a can or little bucket, take them, and go fishing with them.  (LOL).

Dismantle your PC and take the worm out.

Try using a really good AV/AS software.....I suggest AVAST, AVG and NOD32

I have # 5 - Spybot Search and Destroy - has removed worms and a trojan for me before..

Recently I downloaded Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - #6 - It ran great, and picked up some nasties..

Always go to cnet - You'll find clean (uninfected downloads) and free great virus (worm) removers, as well as trojan and spyware removers.

Some excellent free and free-trial Anti-virus programs on there as well.

Just run one or two of the ones I listed - or both, even.. it'll take care of your problems.

Depending on what type of worn (virus) that you have. Microsoft has alot of patchs for "worms" and they are the best way to go. Also try and scanning your computer with a virus scanner. I recommend AVG Free 8.0 ( http://free.avg.com/ )
