What and where is good incense?

My sister just got some and a friend of mine said it is relaxing.

Incense is burned to release fragrance in the air. It is made with essential and fragrance oils and does have a relaxing effect, depending on which scent you pick. If you have alot of fabric (curtains, drapes) in your room, it can leave a lasting scent. It really depends on if you have open windows, etc. Incense comes typically in stick form, each stick burns for 1 hr. You want an incense that is soaked when made, and not just where the fragrance is sprayed on. The types from Asia or China are made in mass qty., and stink like cheap perfume. That's why that type of incense is inexpensive. Plus who knows what types of chemicals are used, or if they are regulated. I prefer U.S.A Made.
