What and where is the best graduate school to enroll with if you are looking for medicine or pilot courses?

I am a graduate of B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

I want to know what is the Best university/academy, that accepts international students and offers courses in Medicine or Aviation.

I would love to study again and be a commercial pilot or a physician.

Can somebody put me in the right track, in what course should I choose for Physician or Commercial Pilot. Aside from that, which university or academy excels in such particular field.

I'm a bit confused with all the description of courses out there, I don't know which is which.

I would be glad if you could post a link of this international university or academy that you would recommend.

These fields ae miles apart. First you should decide which to do, or maybe you want to do both? In the US, you must make sure that you have the pre-med courses necessary to get ingo a med school, then apply to med schools. Mind you, med schools in the US are cmpetitive and expensive. Hard  say which one is best since there are so many good ones like Johns Hopkins. As for pilot schools, google "pilot schools" and you'll come up with many, especially on the east coast (Florida, for example). Good luck!
