What andwhere is the crisis in sootopolis city im here and theres nothing wrong!?

im at sootopolis and there is no aqua or magma infront of the gym door,skypillar is locked and i cant find any problem i also need waterfall so i can get into evergrand...help me please?!

It sounds to me like you haven't gone and chased the Team Magma/Team Aqua members to the Underwater Cavern where you have to battle the Boss Maxie/Archie again and release the Legendary Pokemon Groudon/Rayquaza.

In order to do this, you must first leave Sootopolis City and surf east to the route there and then Surf south until you reach a ring of deep water with a small spot on the inside a ways south on this route.  Dive in the small patch on the inside of the ring and go through the cave in order to reach the Legendary Pokemon that you have to deal with in order to put events into motion.

If you have already done this, then have you been told to go into the Cave of Origins by Steven?  If you have, then go down the Cave of Origins and battle/capture the Legendary Pokemon down there to get access to the 8th Gym Leader.

alright um,  sky pillar is not sootopolis. you need to beat the last gym leader in sootopolis he will give you water fall
