In my experience as a former zookeeper, elephants. As you can imagine, such large animals require a lot of food - they eat for around 20 hours a day, and what goes in one end soon comes out of the other. In massive, steaming, stinking piles.

Good examples are rabbits, guinea pigs, and hares.  They eat grass, one of the least nutritious foods on earth, and they have fairly simple digestive systems.  It is actually amazing that they can digest grass at all, but they do.  They have extra-long intestines to do this job.
