Even if it has been resolved, what animals initially presented an argument against the theory of evolution?

Also, hy and how was it resolved?

  1. I agree with the person above of me but the animal that changed the least during the past was a fish called the Ceolocanth. It has barely changed from the Triassic period. It is truly an ancient animals. Very good question by the way.


  2. Not sure if I fully understand the question but if you are asking what animal has changed least the crocodile would have to be one of them.

  3. Interesting question, I'm sure I've heard an argument like this before but i can't recall what animals were mentioned or why they initially disproved evolution. I'm going to have to do some research on that, very thought provoking :)

  4. The only animals I could think of that presented arguments against evolution are certain ignorant humans known as creationists, and never successfully I might add.

  5. Archaebacteria (extremophiles) don't fit the theory of evolution. They remain unchanged after millions of years in the same area. So, in other words, they don't evolve.

    Not really an animal, though...
