humans have a quite long pregnancy but i think elephants have like 13 months and maybe a mouse o hamster has about a month? but insects cold have a few hours or something

Shortest gestation would be the American opossum,Didelphis marsupialis, the rare Water opossum or Yapok,Chironnectes minimus of Central and Northern South America and the Eastern Native cat, Dasyurus viverrinus of Australia are all normally 12-13 days but can be as short as eight days.

Elephants have the longest gestation period and rodents have the least like mice and hamsters, insects also have short gestation periods but you asked for animals, I think I am right i hope so!
