I agree with others that your question is vague, but it's not so much so as many others are.  I think you are asking if we have done anything to benefit wild creatures.

I have for raccoons, deer, squirrels and some birds.  I have gone out of my way to avoid harming them.  I've gone too far with raccoons and perhaps birds.  I've fed some.

I've done something else very significant for all wild creatures.  I have no children.  That means I have no descendants to take ever more of their habit.  I regret that, thanks to the grossly overpopulating cultures, it doesn't help much.  Others are having a half dozen, or more, swamping the environment with human pestilence.
