What animals can be raised in the FFA?

Okay, well I am in 9th grade and I am in a Ag Biology class. Our teacher offered us to be in the FFA(Future Farmers of America). And, anywho I am willing to and I decided to raise an animal for my project. The only problem is that I don't know exactly all of the breeds of animals I can raise. Does anyone know? Please help..=D

Animal Breeders breeds and raise animals, such as cats, dogs, guinea pigs, mice, monkeys, rabbits, and rats: They select and breed animals, according to knowledge of animals, genealogy, traits, and offspring desired. They feed and water animals, and clean pens, cages, yards, and hutches. Often Animal Breeders examine animals to detect symptoms of illness or injury. They treat minor injuries and ailments and engage in recording weight, diet and other breeding data. They build and maintain hutches, pens, and fenced yards. Animal Breeders adjust controls to maintain specific temperature in buildings. They arrange for sale of animals to hospitals, research centers, pet shops. and food processing plants. Some may exhibit animals at shows. Animal Breeders may be designated according to kind of animal bred and raised.
