Anything under the ground or sea, considering they aren't exposed to solar radiation.

Some types of bacteria can.

Humans cannot, though... unless supremely protected by some sort of suit.

All other animals are pretty much screwed, though.

All of them. Solar radiation is a catch all term describing all energy emitted from the sun. It includes all visible light and all heat which originated at the sun. Certain wavelengths of it are harmful, such as UV rays which I think are what you meant. In that case nothing can withstand a prolonged exposure as UV causes DNA damage, obviously anything that kept out of its path would survive better.
