What animals don't blink?

I noticed that ive never seen a seagull and other animals blink.

Only animals without eyelids, such as snakes, for example, don't blink.

Only animals that don't blink are the ones that live in water.  Even then most of those have a method of protecting the eye.  All terrestrial animals, including birds, have to have a method of keeping the eye most.  This is accomplished with a movable film or membranes across the eyes.  Snakes have a non-movable membrane to keep the eye moist, but no eye lid.
