All animals enjoy s*x. It's nature's way of ensuring the survival of the species - anything an animal does that furthers its own survival and/or that of its kind is pleasurable, to make sure the animal keeps doing it. That includes mating.

However, if you're asking which animals have s*x purely for enjoyment, rather than for procreation, you're looking at a much shorter list. Humans of course are one. Bonobos regularly have s*x with all members of their group as a form of social bonding, regardless of the gender or age of their partner. Chimps and dolphins are also recorded as having s*x just for fun.
